A. Little Policies

  • Payment is due at time of service. We do not offer payment plans or delayed billing. We are able to provide an estimate before services at your request. A deposit is required for hospitalization and in-depth work ups upon signing the estimate and consent form.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cheques, cash, and care credit.

  • We accept new clients as possible in our schedule. We cannot guarantee availability to see urgent or sick new client cases. To inquire for an appointment, text our main line and you will be provided a form to fill out. A one time non-refundable deposit of $25.00 is collected upon scheduling the first appointment. This deposit goes towards the total of your visit.

  • We have an in-house pharmacy to fill medications prescribed at your visit. We also have an online pharmacy (link above) to have medications shipped directly to your house. We do not interact with 3rd party pharmacies online and do not send prescriptions via email, phone, fax, etc. If a client wishes to acquire a physical copy of their script to take elsewhere, this can be provided with 24-48 hours notice for a fee.

  • We schedule well visits 4-8 weeks out. For ease of scheduling, we recommend booking your pet’s well visits 2 months in advance. Sick visits are seen based on need and availability, with priority given to established clients. Appointments can be scheduled by text. We DO NOT accept walk-ins.

  • When arriving for a scheduled appointment, medication pickup, or surgical pickup/dropoff, please remain in your vehicle with your pet and text the main line to check in for your appointment. You will receive a text back when an exam room is prepared for you.

  • Patients must be seen within 12 months to be considered an established patient under our care. Lapse in this relationship can result in medications not being filled, not having access to priority sick appointments, etc. We recommend senior pets or pets with health issues be seen every 6 months.

  • Our relationship with clients is based on mutual effort to be respectful, kind, and compassionate.
